Save the Date! University's Meet the Teacher is Sunday August 4th. Student's homeroom teacher's name will be posted by Friday August 2nd at 3pm. Meet the Teacher for K-2nd grade is from 2:00-3:00 pm, 3rd-5th is 3:00-4:00 pm, & PreK is from 5:00-7:00pm (PreK is Mandatory). Our PTA will also have a uniform resale shop. More information to come!

We are excited to announce open recruitment for the YDMS Pep Squad! The squad will consist of 60 members selected on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please mark your calendars for the uniform fitting on August 20th at 3:30 PM. Parents must accompany students for the fitting session.
Pep Squad fees amount to $500 and are required to be submitted no later than August 23rd. Payments can be conveniently made through our secure online portal at www.payschoolscentral.com.

Join us TONIGHT for our Upper Grade Academic Ball! Come dance the night away and celebrate a wonderful year! Dress as fancy or as casual as you like, but make sure you wear your dancing shoes! PTA will sell concessions in the cafeteria, and the DJ will be ready to rock in the auditorium. There will be strobe lighting. Dance is 5:30-7:30pm
Third, fourth, and fifth graders admitted plus one adult. This is NOT a drop-off event. All children must be accompanied by an adult.

SCHOOLS CLOSED: Due to widespread power outages and impacted roadways, all Caddo schools and sites will be closed on Monday, April 29. CPSB is working with our utility partners to develop a plan for reopening schools.
